Derrick is fantastic. He is fast, fair and efficient. He doesn’t try to take advantage of your situation or try to sell you something you don’t need. He is literally a rare breed in this day and age. The first person I called told me my seven year old air conditioner, with the code it was displaying, would be too expensive to fix and I would need a new unit. What a relief it was when Derrick came in and fixed it in no time and it was considerably inexpensive. So happy and satisfied with the services we received. He is so kind and caring.
